1. Energy

You are energy. I'm energy. Your thoughts are energy. Power is energy. Breathe is energy. Touch is energy. Everything is energy.

In a blockade, for example by a negative thought, the energy does not flow optimally. Energy can also influence you.

2. Stimulus transfer

We are constantly receiving sensory incentives. These are processed by the nervous system so that the body can respond to it. If this does not work properly, by overcrowding or immersion, you can get physical or psychological complaints. Together we look at how we can rebalance this stimulus transfer.

3. Drainage

Drainage is a process that removes excess moisture or wound moisture. Our body and mind also deal with excess substances, waste. You might think of harmful substances in, for example, food or exhaust gases, but also negative thoughts.

 

To get clean, it is therefore important to get rid of mental and physical ballast regularly.

4. Nutrition

Nutrition has a different meaning for everyone. Nutrition equals energy intake and often we take more or less to us than the body needs.

 

That also applies to mental food. This way we can get more energy from challenges, expectations and beliefs. But this can also block our energy flow through, for example, judgments and expectations of others. By becoming aware of obstructive nutrition and approaching it in a different way, healing will take place sooner.
