Tal Dayan

​From the moment Tal first stepped onto the mat, yoga felt like a natural part of his life—when something is right, you just know it.

 

After exploring various styles, he found his home in Vinyasa, drawn to the union of breath and movement. He was amazed by how this practice quiets the mind and balances physical challenge with relaxation, deepening his connection to life.

 

Tal has completed a 500-hour teacher training course, enhancing his understanding of yoga’s transformative power through its philosophy and body anatomy. Still he continues to learn and explore his body, mind, and Self.

 

Tal is grateful for the opportunity to share this journey with others, being present when the magic happens on their own paths of self-discovery and transformation.
